Hwb logins are available to all teachers and learners in maintained schools in Wales. During enrolment to the school, we will ask for parent/carer consent for children to access the Hwb platform. Hwb can be accessed at home as well as in school. Welsh Government provides these additional services available to help your child access educational resources. These additional services are centrally funded and there is no cost for you or for your school to access and use them.

If you are new to our school family and haven’t yet received your child’s hwb log in and password please do not hesitate to speak with a member of staff we are more than happy to help.

Personalised Assessments

All children in Year 2 to Year 6 will access online reading and numeracy procedural and reasoning assessments via the Hwb platform. These are known as ‘Personalised Assessments’. These are completed in school throughout the year. These assessments will provide children with their personalised strengths and areas for development.
